Luan Krasniqi to Face David Bostice on April 29th!

STUTTGART - Heavyweight contender and recent world title challenger Luan Krasniqi (28-2-1, 14 KOs) returns on April 29 at the Hans-Martin-Schleyer-Halle in Stuttgart, Germany. Krasniqi will be in the ring against "The Boss" David Bostice (35-11, 15 KOs).
"David Bostice is a very experienced boxer and not to be underestimated," said Universum chief Klaus-Peter Kohl. "Luan boxes in Stuttgart in front of his many hometown fans, who will cheer Luan and will definitely make sure that "The Lion" will punch particularly powerfully."
Krasniqi is currently rated #3 in the WBO rankings. With a victory, he has a realistic chance to get another shot at a heavyweight title, maybe even in a rematch against WBO heavyweight world champion Lamon Brewster, who will defend his title today, April 1, against Sergei Lyakhovich.
Krasniqi fought Brewster last year on September 28 in Hamburg on the day in which Max Schmeling would have become 100 years old. Ahead on the scorecards, Krasniqi lost the battle in round nine by kayo, but this year he hopes to be able to make good on the promise he once made to Max: "I'll get the title back to Germany."
