Sedum maximum

Distribution: Central and Southern Europe.

Ecology: It grows on rocks, sunny slopes, in light woods, on walls and hedgebanks, from lowlands to mountains. Blooms from July to September.

Description: A perennial herb with an erect stem, 30–80 cm high. The leaves are alternate or opposite, ovate to lanceolate, toothed, fleshy grey-green. The inflorescence composed of numerous cymes.
