This 2001 Ford Mustang GT GT is #4130 of 5,582 Bullitt examples produced for the model year and one of 3,041 finished in Dark Highland Green. Power is supplied by a 4.6-liter SOHC V8 mated to a TR3650 five-speed manual transmission and a 3.27:1 rear axle with a limited-slip differential. Additional features include power-adjustable side mirrors, a Dark Charcoal leather interior, Bullitt-branded door sill plates, cruise control, air conditioning, a Mach 460 sound system, traction control, and 17″ painted aluminum wheels. The car was registered with its first owner in Pennsylvania and Ohio for more than 20 years and was acquired by the selling dealer in June 2022. This Mustang Bullitt has 23k miles and is offered in Indiana with a Ford Performance Group certificate, an owner’s manual, two keys and fobs, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Ohio title.
The car is finished in Dark Highland Green, and Bullitt exterior appointments include a brushed-aluminum fuel door, Bullitt badging on the rear decklid, and molded front mudguards with smooth rocker panels. A hood scoop, a black honeycomb grille, and dual exhaust outlets are additional elements.
Gray 17″ aluminum wheels with polished lips wear 245/45 General G-Max RS tires mounted in 2022. Bullitt edition cars included disc brakes at all four corners with red-finished calipers, and they sat 3/4″ lower than contemporary Mustang GT examples. The car is also equipped with a traction control system.
The front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in Dark Charcoal leather and are joined by a color-coordinated dashboard, carpets, and door panels. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, a brushed aluminum shift knob, Bullitt-branded door sill plates, and a Mach 460 stereo with a six-disc CD changer.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 23k miles, a handful of which have been added by the selling dealer.
The 4.6-liter V8 is equipped with a cast aluminum intake, twin 57mm bore throttle bodies, high-flow Arvin exhaust mufflers, and optimized alternator pulley and water pump pulley ratios. Power output was rated at 265 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque when new.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual TR3650 transmission and a limited-slip differential with a 3.27:1 axle ratio. Corrosion is noted on underside components, additional photos of which are provided in the gallery below.
The Ford Performance Group certificate displays a production number of 4130 and notes that this car is one of 3,041 examples finished in Dark Highland Green.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
