I am a Senior Manager, QA Professional and Certified Project Manager (PMP) with a proven track record for successfully delivering on and managing complex projects and programs, using industry best practices and skills gained over 20 years of working in highly regulated industries within the private sector (medical devices and biopharmaceuticals), and more recently within the federal government of Canada.
I am a strong and competent leader, adept at building high performance and motivated teams, using a combination of excellent interpersonal skills and an effective mentoring style.
I am a highly motivated self-starter, eager learner, and analytical thinker, skilled at using data to drive decision making, and best practices such as Quality Tools, Agile and Lean Principles to add value to organizations.
