A pure white biennial Honesty with rounded heads of 4 petalled pure white flowers above mounds of heart-shaped green leaves with broad frosted white edges which make a lovely foil in the early Spring garden. The flowers are followed by attractive elliptical papery silver seed heads which dry well. Flowering in April and May it is great for early colour and insect food. Self seeds, coming true. Young plants supplied in Autumn will be green leaved as the variegation only develops in the second year. 100cm. great in shade.

At Dorset Perennials you will find a husband and wife team, Dawn and Martin, who have been plantsmen and nurserymen for nearly 25 years. Our nursery, situated in the North of Dorset close to the Somerset border, is full of the plants we love. There’s no overall theme, just an eclectic mix of perennials that, for one reason or another, we consider well worth growing. We have plants for shade, plants for sun, plants for wildlife and a few more just because.
