Fuchsia Genii

Fuchsia Genii, commonly known as simply Fuchsia, is a an easy to grow, bushy, deciduous shrub with light green leaves. In the months of June to October the Fuchsia Genii produces wonderful blooms of pink petals with slender purple tepals. A lovely Fuchsia variety known for its ease of growing and low maintenance characteristics.

Often planted in flower beds, flower borders, banks or slopes or planted in containers for patios and balconies! Suiting a variety of planting schemes also from cottage to city planting schemes.

Fuchsia Genii care

Plant the Fuchsia Genii in a sunny location, or dappled, partial shade with moist, well drained soil where it will thrive. Requires annual pruning to keep the plants health in check. Simply cut back to ground level in spring which will encourage health growth, surround the base with good quality compost once pruned.
