Plant InformationMagnolia ‘Heaven Scent’ or known as just Magnolia is a a beautiful, upright small tree/shrub which has dark green small leaves across the branches. In the months of April to June the Magnolia ‘Heaven Scent’ will bloom stunning goblet shaped rosy pink flowers which begin to fade to a pale pink colour and magenta stripe on the outside. Known to be highly fragrant.
A good all round garden plant that can be grown alone to create a stunning feature plant. Often planted in a range of locations, garden types and planting schemes. This smaller than other Magnolia shrub can also be planted and grown in containers on patios, terraces and gardens without grass, slightly restricting the roots which will make a nice small tree for a smaller garden.

The Magnolia ‘Heaven Scent’ thrives in a sunny, partially shaded area of the garden sheltered from any strong cold winds. Growing well in moist, well drained soil from neutral to acidic levels. Plant in April time with good quality compost in the planting hole. Requires minimal pruning making a good plant for gardeners of all abilities. Simply remove any dead or damaged branches in midsummer to encourage a bushy, healthy growth.
