Phalaris Arundinacea Feesy commonly known as Gardener’s Garters is a lovely low growing, spreading, evergreen grass plant which has small lance shaped mid green leaves variegated strongly with creams and often flushed lightly with a rose pink colour, creating a beautiful display. In June and July the Phalaris Arundinacea Feesy will bloom small upright panicles of light green and purple tinged flowers adding extra interest to this grass.
A good all round garden plant often planted at the front of borders and flower beds, working well with many other plants and suiting all garden types.

Plant the Phalaris Arundinacea Feesy in a sunny, partially shaded area of the garden which has moist, well drained soils where it will thrive. Generally disease and pest free and low maintenance garden plant that is great for all gardeners. Often to keep the variegation on the leaves strong it is advised to cut down all but the new growth in early summer.
