English: Japanese Butterbur (Petasites japonicus) A garden escape that has colonised for the past 50 or 60 years and is now regarded as naturalised. These flowers by the edge of the Yarrow Water are at only one of two recorded sites in Selkirkshire, the other being near Yair Bridge.
