Veronicastrum virginicum ‘Diana’ (Culver’s Root)

Sturdy perennial with long, candle-shaped, candelabra-like branched white flowers in summer and late summer. Combines beautifully with large grasses. The upright flower stems also add structure to the winter garden.

Habitat: sun, partial shade, normal to moist soil
Notes: structure plant in winter, do not cut back until spring
