What is Kumpir
Kumpir is a popular Turkish street food dish made from baked or roasted potatoes, typically served with various toppings. The word "kumpir" itself means "baked potato" in Turkish. Making kumpir involves baking or roasting a large potato until it's soft and fluffy. Once the potato is cooked, it's cut open, and the insides are mashed and mixed with butter.
