About this poster
From Italian horror movie poster maestro, the late, great Enzo Sciotti, his last fully finished piece of art, Enzo sadly passed away just days after finishing the artwork for this movie. With the blessings of his family estate we set about making his last movie poster something special in printed form even if it was bittersweet.
Screen printed using 12 x screens on Stardream Crystal pearlescent white paper and with a double gloss varnish layer over the red blood throughout the art printed by Baker Prints, typography handled superbly by Christopher Cox and separations by seps master Saniose.
There are also two giclee variants, one on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Metallic paper and featuring a screen printed gloss varnish layer over the blood, as well as an art print variant minus the typography on Platinum Etching paper, both before separations so as close to Enzo’s original scan as the medium allows, printed this time by White Duck.
