Vivacious lavender-blue pincushion-like flowers shoot up on thin stems above the short mound of ferny basal foliage. It is a great long-blooming perennial that should be deadheaded to encourage rebloom. A wonderful, easy maintenance plant that adds excellent color to the landscape.

Homeowner Growing Tips: Grow in full sun, or in part shade in hot southern climates, in well-drained, moderately fertile soil. Amend with compost before planting. Avoid excessive winter moisture; ideal for a rock garden or raised bed. Deadhead to promote continued flower production. Divide every 3 years, and amend the soil upon replanting.
Perfect addition to the front of the border. Gorgeous flowers that keep blooming. The plants were very healthy, established roots and acclimated quickly to my garden. Very pleased.
