Individual Subwoofer Wiring, Please Help!

Can anyone help me on this? I am looking to fit 2 INDIVIDUAL SUBS (7ohm)and the subs will be amped by an 2 or 4 channel amplifer(4ohm) separately.

Been doing some research on running wires from subs(7ohm)to amplifier (4ohm) and I found a diagram that shows how two 8 ohm subs should be connected to the amplifier to meet the required impedance!

The problem that I'm having now is that the underseat subwoofers use factory wire connectors(speaker side) which have 2 pins. According to the diagram shown below, one of the subwoofer is required to have 4 wires(4pin) but the subs only have 2 pin connectors. Does anyone know of any way how to connect the wires from the subs to the amp in this way?

Thanks

The diagram is just an example of parallel wiring to get the correct ohms.
It can be wired as the diagram, or 2 wires from each speaker, and joined in parallel at the amp itself.

And I'm guessing you don't have a basic system, otherwise you'd have 4 wires on each sub which you would have to use jumpers as to not loose your door speakers.

Thanks for the reply!

Yes, I do have the basic system (unfortunately)and luckily got hold of an used technics 2/4 stereo harness which will be used for an 4 channel amp to power the front door speakers and under seat subwoofers separately!

Thank you so much for the reply! Just wanted to get some clarification.

Subwoofer#1 (+ wire ) and subwoofer #2 (+ wire) joins parallel at the amp?

Subwoofer#1 (- wire) and subwoofer #2 (- wire) joins parallel at the amp?

Yes.
The + of both speakers will go to the + of the amp
The - of both speakers will go to the - of the amp.

Giving the same result as your diagram. A parallel connection. Cheers.

Mind me asking one more question?

As for technics 2/4 stereo harness, the center two pins are from the HU, and the outer 2 pins are for front speakers? Plan on using:

1) the CENTER 2 PINS as a high level input source for an 4 channel amp

2) the OUTER 2PINS as an output speaker source for an 4 channel amp

Which one of the 4 pins are positive(+) and which one are the negative (-)?

I'll have to let someone else help on that one

I did jump the wires for continuity on mine. I'll see if I can find the diagram I used. Although I didn't use the technics harness.

Thanks for all the help!

By the way, technic's 2/4 looks like this

The white wires are used to connect to an amp from the subwoofer connectors(car side)

The red wires are for powering the subs from the amp separately
