Those looks like Concept CS replica. What are the specs? I've seen them for 5 series but for 3er it's rare. They are quite heavy actually, esp in 19.
Others have said it, it needs to be lowered now. A car all jacked up on massive rims says "poser" or I have an Xdrive.
