Advertised as 6cm plug but actually 4cm (see pic with phone measurement). I reached out as bad feedback is rarely deserved, I’m a seller myself and people try all kinds of ways to get a free plant. I specifically told them i did not want a refund. Instead of taking the time to appreciate me not leaving bad feedback they blocked me so friendly chat became impossible. Playground stuff. I value my 100% feedback, sad to be pushed into their 0.6%. Reported to eBay for passing off undersized plants.

As a seller we have to accept that some buyers will be aggressive and rude to try and force a refund for no apparent reason. For you to have been so offensive as to push my wife to tears was totally unacceptable which is why you were banned and reported to EBay. Comparisons of a 6cm plug plant to a 1 litre potted plant and manipulating prices to avoid the full cost of alternatives is not reasonable. I think the feedback speaks volumes - friendly chat ??

I did think the plant would have been more compact, but its a nice healthy plant and has buds forming. It was well packed and arrived safe in good condition. Only problem the compost could have been more moist to prevent loose compost spilling out the pot. Retired florist and horticulturist.
