This auction is for 5, 10, 20, 30 or 60 seeds, Freshly collected 2018, home grown organically in the UK of this fully hardy shrub from China and Japan.

It is a great medium sized evergreen shrub with dark green leathery obovate/elliptic leaves. Ideal for a spot in the middle or back of the border or as part of an evergreen hedge. It does well in well drained but moist sites in full sun, but is quite tolerant of other soil types, sites and moisture. It grows to around 0.5 - 7m high and 2 - 3m across, though often stay far smaller and are easily pruned as a small and medium shrub. It produces clusters of white flowers in Spring sometimes flushed with pink or red. Followed by bright red berries which last right through until next years flowering. Year long interest, great for pollinators and birds!
