If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction (at) etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to www.etsy.com/your/purchases and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

There are no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. You can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

Mac: Double-click the zip file in order to "unzip" it. Save to your desktop or somewhere you will remember.
Windows: Right-click the zip file and click Extract All.

If the above does not work, you can download WinZip for free at http://www.winzip.com/prod_down.html or 7Zip at http://www.7-zip.org/

Once you download WinZip or 7Zip, be sure to install it (by double-clicking the file and following the instructions). Then, double-click the zip file, and it should "unzip" into a few different files/folders.

AT HOME - Any desktop printer should print any printables with good results, as long as the ink supply level is sufficient. For best results, set your printer to its maximum quality setting and print the files at 100%, with no scaling.

AT A COPY SHOP - The files can be printed at any print/copy shop that can handle password protected PDF files. Most copy centres like Staples, Office Max, Office Depot or Officeworks in Australia will print these files without any issues, provided that they open them with Adobe Reader. Please check ahead with your preferred print shop to find out if they can open PDF files with Adobe Reader.
Please note that you won’t be able to upload the PDFs to the printer’s website.

After ETSY processes your payment, all the print files would be delivered electronically. You would receive an email with a link to download these files.

You could also access the print files by visiting your ETSY profile > Purchases and Reviews.
