♥ STEP 2 – SEND ME YOUR PHOTO (individual/group/separate)

After the order placement, please send me your high-resolution photo via Etsy Message box or mail to OulaPortraits [!at] gmail.com. I will take care of the rest. Welcome to send more than 1 picture to me when you are difficult to make a decision. I can give a hand to sort out the best one!

* You can also send me separate photos of the character you want to transform into one portrait. I am happy to combine them with no extra charges!

♥ STEP 3 - WAIT FOR PROOF in 3-5 WORKING DAYS

You will receive your proof via Etsy Message box or email. The watermarked draft will be reverted for your approval. I am happy to make reasonable adjustment for 3 times if necessary. I will do my best to make you satisfied 100%. Please be noted that the selected photo cannot be changed (such as the characters, hair style & colour, accessories & outfits).

♥ STEP 4 – RECEIVE THE FINALIZED HIGH-RES DIGITAL FILE

Once the artwork is confirmed, I will send you 300 dpi (high-resolution) JPEG format file for your printable and social media profile picture personal usage.
