Ordered this mole plant for a friend of mine who lives in Portland, Oregon. She was having problems with moles coming up in her yard. She had no idea I was going to do it. ( It was a surprise for her ) I am in Yuma , AZ which is where I ordered it from. I spent $40.00 ($39.99 ) thinking I would surprise her with a fix for her problem. Showed up wrapped in newspaper with no instructions about what it was let alone what type of plant it was and how best to plant this surprise gift. Sent in a complaint form explaining the situation thinking they would at least send some info to my friend explaining what the plant was all about , Instead I received a nasty note from someone named BARRON saying I was in the wrong to question them on how to do business and if I didn't like it to buy from someplace else. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

As a small business and a company that prides itself on great communication and great service. Some customers you can not communicate with nor provide service. All orders are noted as shipped in recycled materials and it is very easy to ask questions to any seller prior to purchase, during delivery as well as when the shipment arrives! This customer took the approach to write in curse words and other offensive manners making assumptions and derogotory complaints. After, correcting the tone and manner of the received messag All of our live plant listings are provided with care and growth instructions, if orders need written information a request must be made. Additionally, the order being sent as a gift should always be marked as a gift. No seller is a mind-reader and should not be pushed or abused for it!
