Does it have a decent bios?

It has the F10 BIOS on it.

The BIOS has a lot of overclock settings...many voltage options, abundant RAM timings. It obviously isn't going to have as many options as a $200 board though.

I have the non-raid version of this board, veeeeeeeery solid, using F9 (that should be the same as F10 on that).

Runs my 400FSB with 1.2v (0.1v over default). I do have better NB cooling, but doubt it affects it.

Free bump for great board with better price.
