On Campus Schoonmeersen we are mainly located in the B building.
This building has 5 floors and is divided into 2 wings: an even and uneven wing.
If we mention e.g. room B132, please read this like as follows:
B B Building
132: the first number is the floor: 1 = + 1
32: the room number. 32 is an even number and can be found in the even wing. The stair
case divides the building into two: only rooms with an even number (22, 24, 32,…) and
uneven numbers (13,33, 17…)

Travelling in Ghent
The easiest way to get around in Ghent is riding your bike or walking.
But the public transport is also very well organized.
There are trams and buses.
Each ride costs 1.00€, but if you buy a 10-ride card it’s cheaper (0.9€)
We would advise you to buy a 10 ride card, or a 1-day or 3-day card (depending on your
stay here).
You can buy the cards in the “De Lijn shop” (look for the symbol in the railway station) or in
the vending machines.
Once you get on the bus or tram, please do not forget to validate your card in the yellow
boxes.
