Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. (Enough water to cover the amount of boudin you will be cooking)
  2. Carefully put desired amount of boudin in the pot of boiling water. (Make sure the boudin is covered with water)
  3. Cover the pot and reduce heat to medium-low
  4. Cook for 7-9 minutes
  5. Boudin is ready when you give the casing a pinch and the skin bounces back and does not stay indented.
  6. The internal temp should reach 165 degrees F
