Farrah Fawcett has been hospitalized in critical but stable condition in Los Angeles since Thursday, the latest setback in her long battle with anal cancer, Radaronline.com reports. The 62-year-old was first diagnosed with the disease in 2006, and has undergone chemotherapy and aggressive alternative treatments. The cancer went into remission but returned in May 2007. Longtime love Ryan O’Neal has been by Farrah’s bedside, as has troubled son Redmond, who bolted from rehab earlier this week but was arrested yesterday morning.
