You will receive an Email with a tracking number and shipping provider, your order will arrive 1-5 business days after you receive that email. If you do not receive your order within a week of receiving that email please contact us.

Shipping can be expedited to 1 or 2 day shipping during check out. If your order is needed by a specific date please use expedited shipping, we will not be expediting your shipping for free after your order has already been placed under any circumstances. Please also factor in our processing times of 3-5 days while calculating possible arrival dates.

Refunds will not be given out for delayed delivery dates due to the fact that courier delays are out of our control.

All shirts and hoodies that come in our mystery boxes should be washed on warm and should hang dry. Do NOT apply heat directly to the design of the shirt, turn shirt or hoodie inside out to iron.

All orders WILL be shipped out and have estimated arrival dates before Christmas! Orders are sent out with 1-3 day expedited shipping however carriers may still experience delays due to high volume and demand, we are not responsible for any shipments that may arrive after Christmas due to the fact that they were all estimated to be delivered before 12/24/2021 and shipping delays are out of our control. Refunds will NOT be issued for packages that may arrive after Christmas.
