This archive includes ISO images of the recovery CDs that originally came with the HP Compaq TC1100 Tablet PC. They can either be burnt to 2 CD-ROMs, or written to a flash drive using Rufus.
With Rufus, write the CD1 ISO, which is bootable, then using 7-Zip or any other archive software to extract the CD2 ISO to the root of the flash drive. Eject it and boot into it.
A HP "Royalty" OEM key is included on the 1st CD in the unattended setup file (WINNT.SIF).
Windows XP Tablet PC will install normally, then you will need to execute the installer from the CD2 image (SWSETUP/APPINSTL/SETUP.EXE). This will install all drivers and originally bundled software.

Both Discs Work Fine
Both Discs worked fine for me when burned to CD-R media and then using an External USB CD Drive to install the OS to the TC-1100.. The person that said CD1 was throwing an error, it may be the CDR brand.
