Solidago gigantea (Giant Goldenrod)

Spectacular late blooming goldenrod. Fat spikes of yellow flowers are great for bees, butterflies and fall flower arrangements.

This is a GREAT **pollinator** plant! It's late season blooms provide some last minute nourishment to the bees. 

It's a medicinal plant known for its healing properties. All the aerial parts can be used, both fresh and dried. The flowers are edible and can add color to salads. Can be made into tea, tinctures, or capsules.
