Paeonia officinalis 'Alba Plena' (Origin before 1907, but could date back to the 17th century) is probably a peregrina x officinalis hybrid cultivar: full double, pure white flowers, occasional pink or red flares, no side buds, and medium height at 2-3 feet. A very old cultivar also known as 'The White Memorial Day Peony'. The only sure thing you can say about this peony is that it's white and looks good in the garden.
