This listing is for a package of 50 China Aster Crego Mix seeds. Aka Callistephus chinensis.

Annual. May perennialize (zone dependent) or self seed.

Blooms will bring life to the late summer-fall garden!

Deadheading when in bloom will increase productivity and keep plants from going to seed prematurely.

Ostrich feather style double blooms are approximately 4" across in an array of colors: pink, purple, rose, violet, and white with bright yellow cheery centers.

Great for containers, borders and when planted in mass for an eye catching display. Abundant cut flower production for arrangements. Outstanding vase life!

For best results sow seed indoors up to 6-8 weeks before your regions last frost date. Sow seed at 1/16" deep in flats. Light will aid in germination. Move starts up to 4" pots after one or two set of true leaves appear. Ensure plants are allowed to harden off outdoors before transplanting to their final location. Seeds like soil temperatures of 65°-70° to germinate.

If direct sowing is chosen do so in early spring at 1/8"-1/4" depth once your regions last hard frost date has passed. Keeping in mind soil temps of 65°
