I bought Alec's Red mainly because of the name (it was the closest I could get to my husband's name, Alexander).

This beautiful rose was the first from my order of six to bloom here in Central Florida. Its beautiful cherry red color, its heavenly fragrance and its non stop blooms are amazing. My husband loves it when I put one of "his" roses on his desk to brighten his day. He's convinced I'm an expert rose grower because of this flower.

Ordered in March, got two rose bushes in April, and here it is July and I have big, beautiful roses already. The color is outstanding. The complexity of the flower gets lots of comments. Have them on my deck for now but I can tell they are going to be too big for the planters, so I am going to clear a place for them at the entrance of my house....because I want these blooms to greet people.

I think I planted Alec about five years ago. I had an addition put on my house, and covid hit while the project was going on. I was living in the mess and was distracted by the building mess and covid. Oh, dear, my rose garden got destroyed by the contractors! Only Alec survived, and I am so glad it did. This week I picked the most magnificent bloom that I have ever gotten from any of my roses. Intense color, and it smells divine! i don't see any way to post pics. Wish I could. Best bloom ever!!

Bought this rose because of the color. It doesn't disappoint. The color is so vibrant, and the fragrance is outstanding. My Aunt saw it and she has to have one too. I am very pleased with all the roses I purchased for Heirloom and there have been several.

Purchased this beauty this Spring. It has all ready produced bright cherry red blooms that smell so awesome. The blooms last a long time on the vine. Love this rose.
