Jang Dong-gun may toast Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin

Local media reported Monday that actor Jang Dong-gun will give a congratulatory speech during the wedding march of the hottest celebrity couple of the season, Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin.

Hyun Bin’s agency VAST Entertainment said Monday it is difficult to confirm any information about the couple’s wedding, which is private.

Currently, the only confirmed information about the wedding is that it will be held in March among close friends and family. The date is rumored to be either March 30 or 31 and the venue is the Grand Walkerhill Hotel’s Aston House in eastern Seoul. The garden of this hotel was the venue for numerous celebrity weddings: Bae Yong-joon and Park Soo-jin's, Sean and Jung Hye-young's, and Ji Sung and Lee Bo-young's. VAST Entertainment refused to confirm the date or venue.

Though 10 years older, Jang is known to be Hyun Bin’s close friend. Jang and Hyun Bin have frequently been spotted playing golf and baseball together.

Son and Hyun Bin revealed in January 2021 that they were dating. The couple said that after they played lovers in the hit drama series “Crash Landing on You” (2019-20), the relationship became a reality. It is reported that the writer of the drama, Park Ji-eun, has been invited to the couple’s wedding.
