Botany and Ecology
Perennial, pubescent or subglabrous plant. Stems to 150 cm or taller, straight, thick, leafy. Root leaves short petiolated, ovate or ovate-oblong, apex acute; stem leaves sessile, ovate-oblong or oblong; margin of all leaves biserrate, teeth glandular. Inflorescence a panicle. Flowers 2.5–3 cm long; calyx teeth ovate-lanceolate, small-toothed, glandular along margin, nearly half as long as corolla, tube obconical, glabrous or covered with white bristly hairs;...
