don't go there. they ignore patients. We were waiting to be seen for a CT scan for over an hour. No matter who you are or how urgent or how in pain you are. Horrible customer service.

Hi Victor, I'm sorry that you felt you did not have a nice experience. For this appointment, we actually rearranged our CT schedule to create an urgent same day appointment for the patient. At the time of making the appointment, we also communicated that there would be a wait time, as this was accommodated last minute, to help the patient get access to care. We are sorry you were unhappy with the service. We strive to provide access to care and the best possible experience for all patients and loved ones. If you think to check feedback before making your appointment, ask your doctor to refer you somewhere else. They have a very loose understanding of what the word appointment means.

Arrived at 3:30pm for a 3:45 MRI.
Was told I didn't have an appointment and handed back my drivers license.
Told to wait in lobby while they double check.
Asked if they could bring my phone to their back office because I showed them both their texts to me and emails.
Suddenly they found my appointment.
Handed me a stack of papers to fill out (WHY NOT EMAIL THESE OR A LINK TO THESE AHEAD OF ARRIVING? SOME PEOPLE LIKE ME WERE IN A CAR ACCIDENT - hard to write).
Asked for my drivers license again.
Brought paperwork to front window.
When my name was called to follow a man to the back.
Shown where to get undressed.
Let me preface
I've had an MRI before at Cedars
Modern machine, comfortable on the back, warm blanket given and headphones with my choice of music.
This ain't that!!!!
I'm asked to lay down on what looks and feels to be two 2x8 pieces of plywood. Told no music. Handed thin earplugs.
Literally felt tortured for 30 minutes of excruciatingly loud continuous screeching on my left ear only.
While inside this hell tube, I remembered I was never given back my drivers license.
Get dressed. Go out to front desk. No one there. All seats empty. I leave.
Try calling. An after-hours service answers says they are closed.
I call in the AM first thing. Ask if they have my license. The girl starts laughing.
Yes, we waited for you to come back to the front desk. But you never did.
I tell her I don't find anything funny about me having to drive all the way back there in a car I've been told not to drive due to the accident. And I did come back to the front desk. No one there. Silence. Not even an apology.

I had a thyroid scan here the other day. Aliah was very good did a terrific job. It was my first time.

I'm so impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. Case and point - I needed to get a scan done and I spoke to Veronica who not only got me in next day, handled everything expeditiously with insurance approvals! And everyone was SO nice. Thank you for a great experience.

Sat in the waiting room until 1:15pm to be called in for a 12pm appointment only to be sat in another waiting room for 14 more minutes! The technician that performed my MRI couldn't get the machine on properly and kept banging me in my head with the brace. They seem to have a real lackadaisical demeanor and surely take their time in providing direction in guidance and the person that finally came in to tell me to change into the robe asked me my name versus coming and calling my name, not very reassuring that they were on top of their game.
Also, the parking is horrible, even though it is valet. The entrance was blocked with parked cars along the side so you had to go in the out lane. Instead of the valet, taking in the cars and parking them first they went and got cars and brought them up and the incoming cars had to back out of the parking garage so the people could get out.

I had a 7:30am appointment. Front door locked. Nobody showed up at the front desk until 8:00am. I finally got to my MRI at 8:45am.

The absolute worst. Ultrsound report said absolutely nothing abnormal. Having surgery for a hernia that was 100% missed yet three doctors all confirmed visually. Thank god it was a hernia and not cancer. Never again.

Going through cancer can be like walking down a dark and ominous tunnel. The personnel and doctors here at the center have been very warm and compassionate, especially Dr. Berz and Dr. Arash Ari Gabayan, who have been working to change my diagnosis from something bleak to hopeful.
Jajuane Pitts, I'm so glad to see has rejoined the front office team, always a bright light when coming in through dark days, always remembers my name and going the extra step to make sure my request for documents or contacting my doctors in a timely manner. Leaving me especially well cared for.
