Anemone hybrida ‘Konigin Charlotte’ is a stunning compact perennial with large mid-green glossy toothed leaves with masses of pink double flowers with a yellow center. Generally, this plant has an exceptionally long flowering season , as it begins blooming in early summer and goes all season long until the first frost. it can reach a maximum height of 150 cm and spread of 75 cm. It can be used as a cut flower or in beds or cottage gardens. Attractive to bees and butterflies. This plant has been awarded The RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM)
Suggested Care: Anemone hybrida ‘Konigin Charlotte’ should be planted in moist but well-drained, humusy soils, positioned in full sun but can withstand partial shade. It must be protected by excessive winter wet. Wind protection should be provided. Additionally, a winter mulch is also advised in areas with cold winters. Please note: ingesting this plant may cause stomach upset and skin contact may cause mild irritation.
Planting Instructions: Break up the soil well before planting and dig a hole twice the size of the pot. Remove plant from the pot by tapping the rim of the pot in ‘up side down’ position. However, do not pull the plant from the pot. Firm soil after planting and water regularly for the first month.
