Ajuga reptans 'Catlin's Giant'

Common Name: Bugleweed; Bugleherb; Carpet Bugle

This herbaceous perennial features bronze-green foliage and beautiful whorls of blue-violet flowers on spikes up to 8" tall. Flowers appear in April-May.

Tolerates all light levels and will grow in cool, shady areas where grass will not grow making a thick, attractive ground cover. Dense foliage will choke out weeds. 

Low-maintenance, plus deer and rabbit resistant! Great for ground cover, mass planting, and erosion control. Bee friendly, while atrracting butterflies and hummingbirds.
