This classic 2001 Mustang GT is a 2-owner, garage-kept gem. The current owner states that the odometer reading of just under 29,000 miles is correct. On the outside, the factory Laser Red finish is in virtually original condition. Exterior accents include a rear decklid spoiler and a set of factory 5-spoke Mustang GT alloys. The Dark Gray leather interior is also in very good condition. This sporty Hoss is very well optioned with power steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes, dual front airbags and a Kenwood Premium AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth sound system. Other features include cold A/C, power tinted windows, tilt wheel, cruise, power seats/locks/trunk and keyless entry. The 4.6L SOHC V8 with EFI injection is rated at 225bhp with 285 lb/ft of torque. This stout powerplant has a cast iron block with aluminum heads and an aftermarket air intake system has recently been installed. It is backed by an electronically controlled 4-speed automatic transmission. Suspension upgrades to the fourth generation Mustang GT resulted in a comfortable ride and great handling. Thanks to chassis stiffening, progressive rate springs, longer control arms and anti-roll bars, the GT was capable of producing a skid pad number of 0.81g. Our preferred and most secure form of payment is a bank wire transfer. We do accept checks but note that any form of a check will have a minimum hold of two business days up to 4 business days until the funds have cleared. This includes cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. We cannot accept any credit card as payment or partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance. Credit card transactions are ONLY accepted for the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle for 7 days while awaiting full payment.
