Inula helenium

A robust, upright perennial to 150cm. The sunflower-like flowers are yellow with narrow ray florets and a darker centre. The flowers usually occur in clusters of two or three on top of tall stems which also carry the oval, hairy leaves which can reach up to 60cm long. It flowers from July to October.
