Origanum vulgare 'Thumble's Variety'

A semi-evergreen, mound forming perennial with yellow-green fragrant leaves, which are edible but don’t have the most flavourful taste. Unlike other yellow oreganos, this variety does not burn or bleach in full sun. The white flowers are held in loose sprays on 35cm tall stems from June to September. Like other oreganos, this plant is loved by bees and butterflies.

This oregano likes to grow in most soil types in sun.
