    I have been growing this Antirrhinum as it was originally called, since 1985, having moved around a bit, I have had to re-stock, but it is a complete charmer, once you have it you will never be without, but it is not invasive, easily controlled.

    Germination Instructions

    Sow indoors. Surface sow onto moist well-drained seed compost. Do not cover. Needs light to germinate. Ideal temp. 20°C. Germination takes 14-21 days. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to 8cm pots. Acclimatise and plant out once danger of frost has passed.

    Growing Instructions

    Prefers well-drained soil in partial shade. Water until established after which it requires little attention.

    Cultivation Instructions

    For seed collection allow seed pods to dry on the plant, break open to collect seeds. May self-seed.
