There's one thing you can count on nearly every year at CMA Fest, and that's that Keith Urban will be there.

Even when he's not performing, he makes an appearance to listen to his country colleagues. After all, Keith has been in the game for a long time, and has been a performer and audience member at CMA Fest for more than 20 years. This year, the "Long Hot Summer" singer performed at the Nashville festival again, filling one of the coveted Friday night slots at the main stage. This year marked the 50th anniversary of the first CMA Fest, making this year's show all the more special.

"There's nothing quite like #CMAfest, and it never gets old. thank you !!!" Keith captioned his Instagram post commemorating his performance.

Fans were absolutely mesmerized by the "Blue Ain't Your Color" singer's set. His photos showcase a stadium full of fans singing along and enjoying old favorites and newer hits from Keith. Fans had a lot to say about Keith's performance in the comments:

It's clear that CMA Fest holds a special place in this Aussie's heart after all these years. "The energy of the crowd. You know, there are people out there that have never been to Nashville, never been to CMA Fest from all over the world. And that is just an invigorating energy. So, even having done it a lot of times, I will feel like every other time we've done it, I already know that," Keith told reporters backstage before his show.
