Harrison Ford is back for one final Indy adventure in Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny – and he's picked an epic quest to go out with.

Indiana Jones 5 runs for a confirmed 154 minutes and 17 seconds, or 2 hours and 34 minutes if you prefer. That makes it the longest Indiana Jones movie ever and since it's the final one, it's a record that won't be matched.

The other four movies all ran for around two hours, with Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade running for 127 minutes, almost half an hour shorter than the current movie's runtime.

It's worth noting that runtime for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny does include the entire credits and without a credit scene to stick around for, you could cut off a few extra minutes if needed.

As mentioned above, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny does mark the final Indiana Jones movie for Harrison Ford, and he's been very clear that this is officially it for his time as the iconic character.

He doesn't seem too disheartened by the prospect of Indy's retirement though, saying that he felt "satisfaction" on the final day of shooting the movie.

"I felt a sense of peace, a sense of contentment, that this particular job that [James Mangold] and I and all the other people involved had done together, was concluded in a way that really felt satisfying to me," he told Digital Spy.

"It is my hope that others find it as satisfying as I did."

Now that the new movie is out in cinemas, it won't be long until we find out if Indiana Jones 5 has satisfied the fans – or if they feel like some of the critics did following the movie's Cannes premiere.
