They Burn ok, super ashy, prob a 5 on a 1-10 scale, I’m using almost 2 bags a day, Lopi agp insert, in Western CT

I had to buy pellets that I did not really want to buy because you did not have what you had advertised on your website that I wanted.

Home depot is the worst vendor to go through for anything save yourself the time and trouble and shop elsewhere

La crete pellets I was very skeptical when I opened my first bag of these pellets. They were small pieces and I was worried they would burn fast. To my surprise they burn great! Low ash and they don't leave burnt markings on the glass door. Would definitely recommend!

They work wonderful and produce a great amount of heat.

These pellets create a lot of ash. I only clean out my stove once every 4-5 days with other brands, but with these it is loaded with ash every day.

They change their brand of pellets I've been used to buyingthe new ones la Crete pellets these pellets are crumbles in a full of sawdust constantly have to vacuum out my Hopper or at jams my auger I will not be purchasing these again I hope they get the old pallets back I will not be buying these again and I hope I can save somebody the time and agony I've gone through with this brand

These pellets are from Canada and these are the worst pellets I have ever used. The amount of ash these leave behind is unbearable. I used to clean out my stove once every 2 or 3 weeks. With these pellets I would have to clean it every 4 days. They don't feed as well and I have to turn the air feed down to half of what I normally have it at for the feed speed. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Disappointed that Veterans don’t get military discount to keep warm but do get discounts for nuts and bolts!!!

Love these pallets less ash, last longer, highly recommend

They burn hotter in my stove. Definitely more Btu’s than any hardwood blends. This allows me to run on low speed, burning 1 bag per day. Plus, when the glass builds up a very thin layer on my stove, I can just vacuum it off. I don’t even have to use “Windex” to get clear glass again. Very low ash as well. Thank you LaCrete !

Low quality pellets, high ash and high amounts of fines in each bag.

Pellets are pretty small. Pellets seem to burn hot, very good heat. A little more ash than from other pellets. Overall the heat out put is worth it .

These pellets burn very dirty, lots of ash. Will not be worth the small savings

pellets are great. problem is they sold me a pallet, showed up and were only 30. then explained winter is over there will be no more? Pellet stove people use pellets to heat their homes more than just November to Feb. Home depot needs to address that in areas where it snows, and things like that.

These pellets are not the worst but definitely not the best. They were la crete pellets this time. They produce far more ash than the sierra and cascade that home depot used to carry. They do put out a fair amount of heat but now I'm cleaning the ash out every 10 bags compared to 30-40 with Sierra.

The pellets are good. Burns like the hardwood pellets I've used in the past, but this mix does make a little more smoke than I expected from burning hardwood. Not bad, just noticeable.

Burn very good

They smell nice. Seem to burn better then the Heat brand. We r very happy with them
