Sanguinaria canadensis f. multiplex 'Plena'

Synonym(s): Sanguinaria canadensis 'Flore Pleno' Common Name: 'Bloodroot'

AGM. This wonderful woodland plant has bright, startling white, double flowers with numerous narrow petals. They last longer than those of the single form and are produced just as the attractive, scalloped, blue-grey leaves are unfolding. Mar-Apr. H20cm S30cm.

Care Instructions

Grow it in moist, humus-rich soil which does not dry out in sun or partial shade. It is not difficult to grow but is slow to spread.
