    Prepare the phone Always turn off your phone and detach the charger before you insert or remove the SIM card. To insert the SIM card and battery Remove the battery cover by sliding the battery release latch down. Slide the SIM card into its holder with the contacts facing down.

    Charge the battery Your phone battery is partly charged when you buy it. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery. It may take 30 minutes for the battery icon to appear on the screen. To charge the battery Connect the charger to the phone.
