Description

Laurel Braitman's TED Talk, Depressed Dogs, Cats with OCD — What Animal Madness Means for Us Humans, offers great insight into the mental health of animals. Her 19 minute talk is an engaging look at how numerous species deal with an assortment of mental health issues. This talk would be a great addition to your Clinical Psychology Unit. You do not have to use it just for an AP Psych course. It could also be beneficial in a Health class or any class teaching about mental health.

My worksheet contains 20 questions and I have provided an answer key for your convenience. This lesson would take about 30 minutes when you add in debrief time.
