Carmen Electra looked unrecognizable in an appearance worlds away from Baywatch.

The 1990s pin-up appeared to "wipe away tears" as she sat waiting for her driving for a recent outing in Los Angeles.

She was seen with her head in her hands as the model, real name Tara Patrick, sat on stone steps wearing camo joggers and a black Guns n Roses t-shirt.

Her hair was tied up in a messy bun as she completed her dressed-down get-up with a pair of black and white striped Adidas sneakers.

On-lookers mentioned the star appeared to be having a "moment of reflection".

The rarely-seen star's hand was also bandaged up as she stepped out on Sunday.

Despite concerns, representatives for Electra say there's "nothing to worry about".

"It looks like she had a migraine, and it’s really hot out," her team told Page Six.

"The sun is basically in her eyes!"

It comes after the star reunited with Jenny McCarthy for a Skims swimwear campaign only a few weeks ago.

"The energy on set was incredible, especially shooting alongside Carmen, who looks amazing," McCarthy said at the time.

"It felt like we were back in the ’90s, and years later we’re still having fun!"

Daily Express US has contacted Carmen's representatives for comment.
