You stacked the sofas on the top of each so caused a damage

I bought two sofas. one of them arrived pressed so lost it's design! you stacked the sofas on the top of each other - this signifies that you knew that no damage must be made due to pressure. Otherwise you were not suppose to stacked sofas like that!

While we would have been happy to organize transportation for you, it's important to note that when customers choose to handle their own transportation, they also take responsibility for any issues that may occur during the process. This means that any problems related to the transportation method chosen by the customer are not directly controlled or our responsibility. We want to address the situation with the driver. Despite informing the driver that it was a tight fit and expressing concerns about loading, he proceeded to load the items regardless.

We're sorry if your sofa arrived in poor condition, but since you arranged your own transport, we couldn't ensure our usual level of care during the process.

Everything as you would expect

I ordered a dining table that was to be delivered months later. They kept me informed on the delivery date, updated delivery dates and eventually delivered faster and properly secured. Very satisfied.

Exceptional service

Our shopping experience at Sfeer in Assen has been very pleasant. We have just purchased a lounge suite. The service we received from Dominique has been splendid. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were welcomed warmly and felt at home since we stepped into the store. I have previously ordered a television unit online and I have been kept up to date regarding my delivery. All of the products in the store are beautiful as well as the display and set-up. My partner and I plan to make Sfeer our base where we will be shopping for all our household goods. Thank you

Wide catalog with interesting items

Wide catalog with interesting items, short time for delivery and good support staff. Based o my experience I recommend.

The full experience was pleasant and almost stress free.
The chosen product was out of stock, witch I was informed a few hours after the order. A new delivery date came with the notification. It was approximately 2 weeks delay, Not perfect but still within the deadline (Valentines Day).
The boxes arrived a couple of days early, and with the usual confusions on PostNL, received 1 package out of 2, one phone call to the Sfeer support, and with the help of a friendly and useful person, in 5 min the second package located, 3km away from my location, it easily collect the 2nd package
The received items were well packaged, the product was safe, complete and matching very accurately to the information on the web shop (text and pictures)

Great service

I purchsed the oakura console table Was very well packaged when it was delivered and as pictured on there website. Customer service was great they kept me informed about the delivery thank you!! I highly recommend. I will definitely will be purchasing more again

Uit Canada!

We were visiting from Canada and found a sofa that we loved! Once home, we were able to arrange ordering via Whatsapp, and our couch arrived overseas - no damage, easy and speedy transaction/delivery, and a top product! We were very impressed with the helpfulness in arranging this purchase :)

Amazing quality products, highly gentil people ✨

Edit: hopefully you’ve taken my feedback with continous information about delivery dates, and using exact date format 😅
But the end delivery and the quality of items are amazing, delivery colleagues were the most gentil and nice. Thank you for this experience and high quality products.

Unfortunately I really am struggling with receiving update and information about my order(s). Delays happen I know, but I wish you communicate it as it happens. I learned all when I got in touch with you.
Everybody is so helpful but please inform more detailed and timely.
And can you please inform by exact dates not weeks? 22nd week as a delivery time means nothing to me.

Top to shop

We saw nice chairs in the store at Zwolle. They are to big to carry them in our car. So the staff claimed tho ship them to our place in Germany for a very low payment. It made a lot of fun to us to order and the staff ist very kind.

I ordered a lot of items for my new house: table , chair, lamp. The delivery was fast, and I received the lamp damaged, they just changed in a couple of week . I will definitely order more from here. Quality top

I ordered a set of table which was…

I ordered a set of table which was supposed to be delivered within 2-4 business days (didn't say it was out of stock) and the day afterwards I received an email that the product was out of stock and that they will deliver it to me as soon as possible. If I knew that was the case, I would have ordered the same table from elsewhere so I send them an email asking for a refund. They told me that they have just received the table and that they will send it to me the same day. After 2 days I emailed them again and they told me that they realised the order was too big for the normal post, so they will send it over tomorrow and that I will receive it within 2 days. I didn't receive any tracking code from any carrier so I doubted that there will be any delivery yet I waited all day at home for the table to come. It didn't. Send them an email but it was the weekend, so I didn't get any reply. On Monday again I send them an email and then they replied that the item was not scanned properly so it could not be delivered. They would send it AGAIN the next day and I will get it within 2 days. Finally I received a tracking code and I received the item. No complaints about the set of table, all good. The only complaint is the customer service aspect. They came up with louse excuses because the table was out of stock.

good customer services

Good quality and very responsive. Delivery time a bit long but they explained that it was due to the fact that they moved to new warehouse.
