Description Sowing More Info Delivery Reviews
Why go to the expense of buying mature clematis plants when this fast growing seed variety will flowering within 6 months from sowing? Clematis ‘Helios’ is somewhat more restrained compared to most of its relatives, and can be easily grown in our Tower Pot or imaginatively planted into hanging baskets! The nodding sherbert-yellow blooms open out flat before the petal tips sweep back for a very unusual display. The flowers don't just have a unique beauty, they also give off a coconut-like fragrance and are followed by decorative silky seedheads. Pruning Group 3: hard prune in spring (especially important when growing in baskets and containers). Height and Spread: 2.4m (8’).
