Vom Verfasser für die „Gartenwelt" photographisch aufgenommen. ihre Blüten erst im März, sind aber auch da noch zur Dekorierung der Schauhäuser, wie als Bindematerial höchst wertvoll. Der Durchmesser der einzelnen, feurig gelben Blüte ist lo cm und bis zu 15 Stück schmücken je eine Pflanze. Nach dem Treiben pflanze man die Doronicum in gut gedüngtes Land aus; bis Spätjahr werden sie sich wieder soweit erholt und gekräftigt haben, dafs sie wieder eingetopft werden können, um vorläufig im Kalthaus oder frostfreien Kasten ihre Aufstellung zu finden.
